As part of our social responsibility, PPM fosters reading in Mexico, through the program “Crecemos Leyendo”.
This is a non-profit organization created by our founding members at PPM whose goal is to improve education performance and reading comprehension for our youth by means of reading.
To carry this out, we train college and high school students to read to elementary school students to become “buddy” readers for the National Reading Plan as well as the Reading and Book Advocacy Law.
“Crecemos Leyendo” also provides training to businesses and organizations involved in promoting reading through volunteer programs.
